Terms of Service

Last revised: 07.05.2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to MentorMaam, operated by Velora Cloud LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using MentorMaam, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

MentorMaam provides digital profile memberships and profile-management tools for independent tutors and educators. The paid product is access to digital profile creation, profile hosting, profile editing, account tools, billing access, and related website features.

MentorMaam is not a school, tutoring provider, tutoring agency, employment agency, broker, payment intermediary, marketplace for lesson payments, or agent of any tutor, learner, or parent.

MentorMaam does not sell tutoring lessons, arrange classes, schedule lessons, collect learner payments, forward funds to tutors, take commission from lesson payments, mediate tutoring arrangements, or guarantee students, bookings, income, or educational outcomes.

Any tutoring arrangement, lesson price, lesson format, schedule, payment, or dispute relating to tutoring is solely between the relevant users and happens outside MentorMaam.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must use the service only for lawful education-related profile, search, and contact-display purposes.

If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should supervise the use of the service and any direct tutoring arrangement. The service is not intended for children under 13.

3. Tutor profiles and user content

Tutor profiles and other content you submit must be accurate, lawful, respectful, and relevant to tutoring or education. Do not post misleading claims, inappropriate content, third-party intellectual property without permission, or content that violates applicable law.

We may review, edit, reject, hide, suspend, or remove profiles or content if we believe they are incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms or our website policies.

4. Membership plans and billing

Paid services are digital profile memberships for tutors. Membership plan details, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before checkout or in the billing area of your account.

Payments are processed by our approved payment provider or merchant-of-record provider, as shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable provider to charge the selected membership fees and taxes, if any.

5. User-to-user arrangements

Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether to communicate, meet, teach, learn, or enter into any arrangement with another user. We do not control the conduct of users and do not guarantee any tutoring outcome, number of contacts, lesson arrangement, payment from another user, or educational result.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use MentorMaam for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, spam, scraping, impersonation, harassment, or privacy-invasive activity. You may not attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service, misuse contact information, or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or services.

7. Intellectual property

The website, design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the digital profile service and related website features.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, hide profiles, or remove content if we believe there has been a breach of these Terms, payment failure, misuse of the service, legal risk, or risk to other users or the website. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time, subject to lawful recordkeeping requirements.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the digital profile membership service in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the revised date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
