This Refund Policy applies to paid digital profile memberships on MentorMaam, operated by Velora Cloud LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Digital profile membership

MentorMaam sells digital profile memberships for tutors. Membership charges cover access to profile creation, profile hosting, profile-management tools, account access, billing access, and related digital features. MentorMaam does not sell tutoring lessons, process lesson payments, or collect fees from learners or parents.

No refunds

Except where required by applicable law, paid digital profile membership charges are final and non-refundable, including monthly, yearly, renewal, promotional, discounted, or trial-to-paid membership charges.

Digital service access

Digital access is delivered immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation, subject to account verification and profile review. Membership charges pay for access to the profile service and related website tools, not for tutoring services, students, enquiries, lesson bookings, income, or educational outcomes.

Profile review, edits requested by us, profile hiding, account suspension, account deletion, non-use of the service, a change of mind, or not receiving a desired number of contacts or lesson arrangements does not create a right to a refund.

Promotional membership credits

Promotional membership credits, including founding profile credits, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Tutoring arrangements outside MentorMaam

Any tutoring lesson fee is agreed and paid directly between the tutor and learner or parent outside MentorMaam. MentorMaam does not process lesson payments and is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, disputes, or chargebacks related to tutoring lessons arranged directly between users.

Billing errors

If you believe there was a duplicate charge or technical billing error, contact us so we can review the transaction. This does not change the no-refund policy for valid digital profile membership charges.
