Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to paid digital profile memberships on MentorMaam, operated by Velora Cloud LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
How to cancel
You may cancel your digital profile membership from the Billing area:
- Sign in to your tutor account.
- Open your profile menu and go to Billing.
- Use Manage billing to open the hosted billing portal for subscription and payment-method management.
- If you want to close the account entirely, use the Cancel subscription and delete account option shown on the Billing page and follow the confirmation steps.
If the self-service billing portal is not available for your account, please visit our Contact Us page and contact us from your account email.
Effect of cancellation
You may cancel your digital profile membership from the Billing area. Cancellation stops future membership renewals but does not create any obligation for MentorMaam to refund previous membership charges unless required by applicable law.
Your paid digital profile membership access may remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless your account is deleted or suspended for policy reasons.
Account deletion
If you choose to delete your account, your tutor profile is removed from the website and you may lose access to profile data, account settings, billing access, and account history. Account deletion is separate from our legal and accounting recordkeeping obligations.
No lesson cancellation handling
MentorMaam does not sell tutoring lessons, arrange classes, book tutoring lessons, process lesson payments, or collect fees from learners or parents. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or dispute related to a tutoring lesson must be handled directly between the tutor and learner or parent outside MentorMaam.
