No. MentorMaam provides self-service profile publishing tools and profile-management tools for independent tutors and educators.
We do not operate a school, employ tutors, sell tutoring lessons, schedule lessons, process lesson payments, or take commission from tutoring. Any tutoring arrangement happens directly between users outside MentorMaam.

Tutors create and manage their own profiles using MentorMaam’s digital tools. Profiles may include subjects, areas, preferences, biography, and available contact settings. Any tutoring arrangement, if one happens, is agreed directly between users outside MentorMaam.

Are there any restrictions regarding locations and availability?
MentorMaam profile tools currently support Delhi area preferences and online tutoring preferences. Final location, timing, and lesson format are agreed directly by the relevant users outside MentorMaam.

Who can create a tutor profile?
Tutors who can lawfully offer education or skills tutoring may create a profile. Profiles must be accurate, appropriate, and related to tutoring or education.

How do I create a tutor profile?
It’s simple and takes about 3 minutes: /teacher-registration-welcome.
After selecting a profile membership and registering, follow steps 1‑2‑3‑4 to complete your profile. Profiles may be reviewed before or after publication.

Does MentorMaam receive tutoring fees?
No. MentorMaam charges only for the digital profile membership. MentorMaam does not process lesson payments, collect lesson fees, forward funds, or take commission from tutoring.

How much does a tutor membership cost?
Current digital profile membership plans are shown here: /teacher-registration-pricing. Plan prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before payment.

How can I pay the membership fee?
You can pay the digital profile membership fee with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment details are processed by our payment and merchant-of-record providers.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Sign in to your tutor account, open Billing, and use Manage billing to manage or cancel your subscription in the hosted billing portal. You can also use Cancel subscription and delete account if you want to close the account entirely. See the Cancellation Policy.

Do you offer refunds?
No. Paid digital profile membership charges are final and non-refundable, including renewals, promotional, discounted, and trial-to-paid charges. See the Refund Policy.

How are tutors ranked?
Profile ordering may consider profile completeness, relevance, freshness, content quality, appropriate use of profile fields, and site-safety signals. Ordering may change over time as the profile tools and website evolve.
Paid membership gives access to the digital profile service. It does not guarantee students, lesson bookings, income, or a specific outcome.

What if I am new to online tutoring?
You may create a profile if it accurately describes the formats you can offer. We may send product tips about completing your profile and using the profile-management tools.

What equipment do I need for online tutoring?
Your profile may state your own requirements for online tutoring, such as internet connection, video tools, or materials. MentorMaam does not provide tutoring-session infrastructure unless a feature is explicitly made available in your account.

What if my subject is not listed during profile setup?
If your subject is not listed, enter its name during profile setup. We may review new subjects before adding them to the website’s profile tools.

Contact-display options depend on profile settings and available product features. MentorMaam provides profile and contact-display tools only. Any communication or tutoring arrangement happens directly between users outside MentorMaam.

If review features are available, they are profile-content features only. Reviews do not mean MentorMaam sells, manages, guarantees, or verifies tutoring services.

What do I need for an online class?
Ask the tutor directly about their online lesson requirements, tools, materials, and timing before agreeing to any lesson.

Why may phone verification be requested?
Phone verification helps reduce misuse and supports account communication. It does not promise any lesson schedule or outcome.
