Sujatha Kumar

I hold an M.A. in English, a B.Ed, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and I work as a Math Coordinator. I specialise in teaching Mathematics and English to primary school children through online lessons.

My teaching style is clear, patient, and structured. I focus on building strong foundations, using simple explanations and step-by-step methods so children really understand what they are learning, not just memorise it. I encourage lots of guided practice, helping students to apply new skills until they feel confident and independent.

I believe young learners make the best progress when they feel safe, supported, and motivated. I create a warm, encouraging classroom atmosphere where questions are always welcome and mistakes are seen as part of learning. This helps children grow in confidence and enjoy their progress.

Each lesson is planned with your child’s needs in mind, with clear goals, regular review, and plenty of practice. Together, we work on building both skills and self-belief, so your child can feel secure and successful in Maths and English at school.
